I was considering investing in an online fitness course for a number of months but I had so many reservations that I just wasn’t sure. As I was having a look online one day, weighing up my options, when I came across the Charles D’Angelo reviews, an online program which I had considered using. I spent around 20 minutes checking these reviews and I was absolutely blown away with what they said, so much so that I decided to give the course a go and I am currently on the second month. sometimes you are never sure whether to believe reviews but the detail and the volume of great reviews that were here, well that was just too good to say no to.
Community
When different people are mentioning the same thing in terms of benefits to expect then you can pretty much guarantee that this is what you can expect and when it came to the community aspect of this program it became very clear that one of the benefits of it was that there was a real community aspect about the course, even though you are doing it on your own at home. The forums and the social media groups for this are fantastic and those reviews were absolutely on the money.
Motivation
the biggest issue which I have had throughout my life was having the motivation to get healthy and to reach my health goals, so something like this which requires self-discipline to get online and get the course completed, was something that I was quite worried about. As I read the reviews however I noticed 2 things in particular, the first was everyone saying that because of the fact that you have to pay for the program and because of the way that it is designed, getting motivated really wasn’t as hard as it looked. The second thing I noticed was that there were a lot of people who had been exactly where I was, who are now online talking about what they have managed to achieve. This inspiration and reassurance were much of the reasons for me to invest in the course in the first place.
Results
Words are one thing but to actually see all of these amazing before and after shots was something that gave me an enormous amount of excitement and were really the final piece of evidence that I needed to convince me. What I loved most about the photos were that they didn’t show monster 100kg losses or anything like that, those always make me a touch suspicious, what I was impressed with was that every single person showed progress in the short time that they had been doing it. This was what I wanted, to see some level of progress, and that is what these photos clearly indicated.
Reviews are not always bad and as I have gladly found out, there are some which can be very helpful indeed.
